Semantic Attribute-Based Access Control: A review on current status and future perspectives
نویسندگان
چکیده
Attribute-based access control (ABAC) uses the attributes of involved entities (i.e., subject, object, action, and environment) to provide control. Despite various advantages offered by ABAC, it is not best fit for distributed heterogeneous environments where an entity may necessarily match (syntactically) those used in policies. Therefore, another type called Semantic Attribute-Based Access Control (SABAC) has emerged that takes into account semantics combining ABAC with semantic technologies. SABAC only facilitates interoperability but also enhances expressiveness Over last decade, a number research efforts have been conducted developing attribute-based schemes. However, there exists no survey paper on schemes, giving overview existing approaches. Hence, this comprehensively reviews SABAC. The main goal comprehensive summary studies useful researchers who want enter make contributions field. Furthermore, identifies open problems possible entry points demonstrating disadvantages previous studies.

A combination of semantic and attribute-based access control model for virtual organizations
A Virtual Organization (VO) consists of some real organizations with common interests, which aims to provide inter organizational associations to reach some common goals by sharing their resources with each other. Providing security mechanisms, and especially a suitable access control mechanism, which enforces the defined security policy is a necessary requirement in VOs. Since VO is a complex ...
متن کاملDown Syndrome: Current Status, Challenges and Future Perspectives
Down syndrome (DS) is a birth defect with huge medical and social costs, caused by trisomy of whole or part of chromosome 21. It is the most prevalent genetic disease worldwide and the common genetic cause of intellectual disabilities appearing in about 1 in 400-1500 newborns. Although the syndrome had been described thousands of years before, it was named after John Langdon Down who described ...
متن کاملCurrent Diagnostic Status of Pheochromocytomaand Future Perspective: A Mini Review
Pheochromocytomas (PCCs) are rare neuroendocrine tumors. The current diagnostic tools are based on biochemistry and histopathology results, but heterogeneity of diagnostic markers, signs and symptoms of PCCs bring a lot of difficulties for these two current methods. Unfortunately microscopic understanding of PCCs is not adequate for its confident prognosis and management. There are data linking...

متن کاملThe virtual cell based assay: Current status and future perspectives
In order to replace the use of animals in toxicity testing, there is a need to predict in vivo toxic doses from concentrations that cause toxicological effects in relevant in vitro systems. The Virtual Cell Based Assay (VCBA) estimates time-dependent concentration of a test chemical in the cell and cell culture for a given in vitro system. The concentrations in the different compartments of the...
